About Me

Hey, I’m Hannah, your yoga teacher. 

For me, yoga is about showing up for myself, learning to listen to my intuition and what my body and mind need. 

I’ve been cultivating my personal yoga practice for 19 years, and have trained as an instructor in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin after finding the practice helped me move through many of life’s natural ebs and flows. 

My classes generally tend to focus on a slower pace of movement, incorporating patience, surrender & an inward focus. Just you, your mat & no expectations or judgment. 

The daily practice of yoga continues to teach me so much because it's so much more than just the poses, it reaches beyond the ego and any notion of achievement or perfection, qualities that I aim to bring into each and every class, online or in person. 

It’s a journey, and all you have to do is show up for yourself. So grab your mat, come and join me…
